| Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Customers may return or exchange products purchased from us under the following conditions; 1. The product is unopened and unused in its original packaging. 2. The customer contacts us and returns the product within 30 days of receipt of the product. 3. The customer has been issued a RMA number by our return department. 4. The customer pays the 15% restocking fee (unless exchanging) and return shipping cost. 5. The customer has followed each step in the Return/Exchange Instructions below. Return/Exchange Instructions 1. Contact CPAP Overstock.com by email requesting a return or exchange. In your email please include your Name and order number along with the product number of what you will be returning or exchanging. If you are exchanging, please include the item number of the product you wish to purchase. Send your request to: returns@cpapoverstock.com 2. Our Returns Department will process your request. We will send you an email with the total amount to be refunded, a RMA number and a UPS Call Tag. Once you receive our email, print out the call tag and attach it to your box. You may then drop it off at a UPS location. See WWW.UPS.com for drop off locations. Please retain a copy of all correspondence. 3. Once our Returns Department receives and inspects the package, they will issue a refund to your credit card within 72 hours of receipt if all the above conditions have been met. Order Info (RX Required) All products marked as RX required will not be shipped until we have received a prescription from a licensed physician. If you are purchasing a CPAP or BiPAP the prescription must clearly state the pressure settings. If we receive a prescription that is incomplete, we will contact your physician to obtain specific written orders prior to shipping your order. If an order is placed for a product requiring a prescription, and we do not receive the prescription within 30 business days, we will cancel the order and credit you credit card back the total order amount minus a 10% restocking fee. ResMed CPAP Masks also require a prescription. Note: Prescriptions are only valid for one year from the signature date. Shipping Policy In stock products will be shipped the same day as long as the order is placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Out of stock products will be shipped on the same day we receive the product in. Shipping information will be emailed to you with estimated ship dates. In Stock - Out of Stock Due to the high volume of sales, there may be a possibility that we may be temporarily out of stock. Our purchasing department works to keep all products in stock. If you make a purchase and the product is out of stock, we will email you with the status and estimated ship date. Once you receive our email informing you of the out of stock status, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order without penalty. If you cancel after 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $35.00 Warranty We will honor all manufacture warranties on anything you purchased directly from CPAP Overstock.com. All CPAP/BiPAP Machines are covered for 2 years from defects. Warranties do not cover machines that have been neglected, abused or mishandled. Masks are warranted for 30 days from defect. Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt of a mask. We will not warranty any products transferred to another person.
